Short version: we collect what we need to sell you a book and keep in touch if you ask us to. Nothing else.
What we collect
When you buy the book, we get your name, email, and a record of the purchase through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. If you join our email list through Kit, we store the email address you give us.
What we don't do
No ads. We don't sell your data or hand it to anyone trying to sell you something. We use what we collect to deliver the book, handle support, and send the emails you signed up for.
Who handles the purchase
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for purchases. They process the payment and hold the billing details under their own privacy terms.
Deleting your data
Want your information removed? Email support@operatorsmethod.com and we'll take care of it.
